  1. Speak at all the occasions and don not be afraid of being caught incorrect. You are a learner and a learner makes mistakes. Just start speaking as “starting is half done”.
  2. Speaking slowly and put emphasis on the correct pronunciation of words. Though it takes a lot of time but you have to think in a way that you’ll do justice to a word. Give each words its required time to be pronounced.
  3. A sound vocabulary boosts your confidence. Start using new words. (From newspapers, magazines, movies, songs, TV shows, from friends.
  4. I would not suggest you to copy the sentences used by others very frequently at the very starting of your learning. A good speaker would be one who develops his own style. That’ll happen if you concentrate of learning to construct and frame better sentence by yourself. Once you have a working style of your own then you can move ahead to use imported sentences from famous speakers and in this way you’ll use the same at appropriate circumstances.
  5. Use dictionary a lot and keep it handy.

B)      You do not have to get equipment and are ready in a pair of shoes and track suit.

C)      As walking is an outdoor business so you actually have a concern to go out and this means you seriously want to lose your fat.

Being serious about what you do drives your concern the most.

2. Have as much as water you can. That doesn’t end with puking, don’t cross the limits ;-)

Good temperature water is one’s favorite drink. Drinking water activates skin tissues at once.

People have good amount of water before they go for some party or meeting as it tones up your skin and trust me you‘ll find the difference instantly.

It also kills the appetite and people prefer consuming lesser. Less consumption means not fulfilling the requirement of fuel that your body needs and fat will be the next option for your body and reduction and burning of stored fats take place.

3. Salads are all your need which has enough roughage and good amount of water in it so again you usually avoid high energy rich food.

 

Friends that are it you have to do for a month or two. If you have or want to have something that you cannot resist then increase the time of your workout.

1. You get your own pace and you are free to experiment. Lesser time boundaries means a lot. You have all the liberty to take maximum references you want or skip.

2. Highly cost effective. Even Masters in Management studies are ventures within our pocket limits.

3. No such burden of attending classes and lectures. I am not saying that classes should or should not be attended by students. What I am trying to pull up that most of the times students are their best teachers. You better know your drawbacks and self study with good and researched materials provided by universities.

There are two ways to take your studies through correspondence. One is to take your studies as getting a certificate that you have to submit at your job place. And another is to get equipped with the knowledge of what you study. Think of what you get as a distance learner. You get your syllabus and a compact course material which will not satisfy you as a genuine learner. And you’ll go for references and here no teacher will restrict you from researching you on the subject as teachers in a college or institution have burden of finishing the syllabus in a given time frame and students most of the time depends more on teachers to transfer their burden as everyone likes a simpler situation but it hampers the knowledge substantially.

Research, as much as you can, and enjoy the fruits of being a distance learner.

1) apply lemon juice on your nails or rub them directly.

2)  Mix lemon juice and baking soda. Apply this paste on your nails and lightly massage.

3) Use an old tooth-brush or denture brush to brush your nails with toothpaste.

4) Take a bowl of hot water, put 4 drops of any oil ( olive,coconut,almond),get a hand towel. Soak   your hand in the bowl for 5 to 10 mints and then soak that hand towel in that bowl and gently rub your nails and hand. It will give you soft smooth and clean hand and nails.

How To Wear Saree And Look slim-How To Carry Indian Saree

Step 1
Start with the Inner Edge(least patterned plain end) of the Saree, with the Fall (lined border) falling along the inside of the bottom edge. Tuck the Inner Edge into the waistband of the Petticoat slightly to the right side, with the rest of the saree wrapping round to the left. The amount you tuck in depends on how tall or short you are or how long you want to wear the saree.
Step 2
Measure the length of the Pallu (the fanciest patterned end of the saree that falls on the outside so that the design can be seen). This will be on the other end of the Saree from the end you have just tucked in. Take this measured Pallu Length (approx. 1 metre) and take it behind you from your left and forward again from your right.

Step 3
Take the Pallu that you have just brought forward from your right, and fling it over your left shoulder for the time being, so it is out of the way. This is done to see how much of the Saree should be pleated into the waistband. The Saree now left in front of you is pleated to tuck into the waistband.
Step 4
Pleat the remaining Saree into five to six inch wide pleats.

Step 5
Hold all the pleats together, making sure the bottom end is level with the rest of the Saree all round.
Step 6
Tuck this bundle of pleats in one movement into the waistband of the petticoat, thus securing it.
Step 7
The Pallu of the Saree can now be arranged to suit your own style. The style normally and most commonly used is flinging the Pallu over the left shoulder or pleating it and pinning it to the left shoulder, so that the Pallu can swing open at the back. Two of the most popular methods of draping the Pallu are shown below.

 

Contemporary Style
This is the most commonly favored style and is easy to manage with the help of a pin. It is the more commonly used style for formal work-related occassions as it looks crisp neat and smart. The Pallu is flung over the left shoulder. It can either be left to drape over your entire left arm or be gathered in pleats onto the shoulder. A pin can be used to secure the saree to your shoulder but we caution you to be careful as this can damage delicate sarees.

 

Gujarati Style
This is a traditional draping style from the state of Gujarat. It is easier to manage and suited for draping Heavily Worked / Bridal / Silk Sarees. After tucking the pleats into your Petticoat (Step 6) remove the Pallu section from your left shoulder (over which it had been flung earlier to keep out of the way in Step 3). Bring part of the Pallu forward from your back by draping it over your right shoulder. The Pallu can now be arranged into an upside-down fan-shape from your right shoulder. The remainder is left to hang behind in a J-shaped arc from the back of your left hip where it is still tucked into the waistband, to the back of your right shoulder.

In Sanskrit, Kapal means ‘skull’ and bhati means ‘shining’. It means that if you practice this pranayama,your face will glow with good health. This pranayama purifies our entire system and releases toxins from our body. It removes depression, dullness and lethargy.

Correct Way To Do Pranayama :-

* Sit in a comfortable crossed-legged position,keeping your spine straight and hands resting on your knees in the chin mudra .Relax your body and breathe deeply.

* Inhale deeply through the nostrils,expanding your abdomen.

* Exhale with a forceful contraction of your abdomen.

*Exhale with a forceful contraction of your abdominal muscles,expelling the air out of the lungs.

* Inhale again, but passively,allowing your abdominal muscles to expand and inflate your lungs with air , without any force.This is going to be a pumping effect of passive inhalation and expulsion of breath in a continuous manner.

* Do eight to 10 breath expulsions.Then inhale and exhale deeply for two rounds followed by retaining of breath for 20 to 30 seconds.

* Practice three rounds of kapalbhati.

* Take care, not to strain while performing this pranayama. Your facial muscles should be relaxed . If you feel any pain or dizziness, stop the practice for some time.

With the practice of asana and pranayama ,the mind become focused and one can progress quickly towards concentration. It is also used to cleanse,calm and strengthen the nervous system.Yoga breathing exercises teach you to the prana and thus control the mind.

So keep doing Yoga regularly and be fit and fine,the regular practice of Kapalbhati Yoga Pranayama gives you Glowing Skin and Health.

Way To Do Natrajanasana(Lord Shiva’s Pose)-Yoga Pose Of Lord Shiva:-

* Stand with the feet together ,spine and head held straight and arms by the side,close to the body.

* Focus the gaze at a fixed point at eye level and relax the body,breathing normally.

* Bend the right knee and the ankle with the right hand behind the body.

* Keep both knees together and maintain your balance. Slowly raise and stretch the right leg backwards,as high as                                             possible,and till it is directly behind the body.

* Raise the left arms upward and forward. 

*Hold the posture,by lowering the left arm to the side and the right ankle and foot on the floor,arms to the side and the right ankle and foot on the floor,arms by the side,close to the body.

* Repeat the same on the left leg.

* Take care to keep the knee-caps pulled up and leg stretched straight.

For getting and keeping good health regular practice of postures are very important. First thing one can get by the practice of asanas is laghutavam, which means lightness of the body and over all health will improve.
